By accessing or using CaribTap ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CaribTap is a platform that allows users to discover, create, and manage listings, communicate with other users, and access business tools including promotions, bookings, and commerce features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User-Generated Content

CaribTap allows users to create, post, and share content including listings, messages, and media.

You agree not to post:

• Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Harassing, abusive, or offensive content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

CaribTap reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Users can report objectionable content or behavior within the app.

CaribTap reviews reports and takes appropriate action, including content removal and account suspension or termination. We aim to review reported content within 24 hours.

CaribTap reserves the right to block or restrict users who violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions

CaribTap offers paid subscriptions, including Professional and Premium tiers, available on monthly and annual billing cycles.

Subscription details, including the subscription name, price, and duration, are clearly displayed within the app at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions are billed through your selected payment platform (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play, or other supported payment providers).

• Payment will be charged at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period
• Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings on the platform where you made the purchase

Pricing may vary by region and is displayed within the app at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective billing and refund policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with system security
• Misuse the platform for spam or fraud

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

CaribTap shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Apple-Specific Terms

This section applies only to users accessing the application through Apple devices.

Acknowledgement: This agreement is between you and CaribTap only, and not with Apple. CaribTap, not Apple, is solely responsible for the application and its content.

Scope of License: You are granted a non-transferable license to use the application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s usage rules.

Maintenance and Support: CaribTap is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the application. Apple has no obligation to provide any support services.

Warranty: To the extent permitted by law, the application is provided “as is”. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no further warranty obligation.

Product Claims: CaribTap, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection claims.

Intellectual Property: CaribTap is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any intellectual property infringement claims.

Legal Compliance: You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargoes and are not on any U.S. restricted parties list.
