Delete Your CaribTap Account
You can request deletion of your CaribTap account and associated personal data from within the app or by contacting support.
Option 1: Request Deletion in the App
- Open CaribTap and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile, then Settings.
- Open Account settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the request.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
Email us at support@caribtap.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Include the phone number or email associated with your account so we can verify ownership and process your request.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon successful verification, we delete your account profile and user-generated content tied to your account in accordance with our policy.
What Data May Be Retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or security obligations.
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days.
